Digital Product Terms & Usage
These terms apply to digital products sold by The Home Journey Planner™, operated by Michael James Malak. Questions may be sent to Mike.malak33@gmail.com.
Purchasing grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the edition and recipient count stated at checkout. Ownership of the intellectual property and source files is not transferred.
Personal editions
For one purchaser or household. You may print and duplicate reusable pages for your own home search. You may not resell, share outside the household, publicly post, redistribute, sublicense, or use the files for client gifting.
Gift edition
Permits one private gift to one recipient or household. The recipient receives personal-use rights.
Realtor licenses
Each licensed gift may be privately delivered to one individual client or household. Files may not be publicly posted, resold, redistributed as templates, placed in a public library, or offered as a standalone download. A team or brokerage must license enough gifts for its recipients.
Professional and privacy boundaries
Professional boundaries: The Home Journey Planner™ is an organizational, educational, and keepsake companion. It does not provide legal, financial, lending, inspection, appraisal, insurance, title, tax, or real-estate representation advice. Your transaction documents, location, and qualified professionals determine what applies.
Do not store sensitive credentials or wireable financial information in the files.
