Digital Product Refund Policy
Because digital files can be accessed or downloaded immediately after delivery, completed digital purchases are generally not returnable or refundable except where required by law.
If your order is duplicated, a file is materially defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact Mike.malak33@gmail.com promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within three business days. Where appropriate, we will replace the file or provide another remedy.
This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights that apply under governing consumer law.
